Fuel Management and Dispensing System

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide a fuel management and dispensing system for fleet operations in Georgia, United States. The requested solution is intended to support continuous outdoor use for governmental, public safety, public works, and other essential fleet activities. The system must include current-production commercial fleet-fueling equipment and a centralized software platform capable of managing two fueling locations through a single administrative interface.

The software component is expected to support administration of vehicles, equipment, employees, drivers, departments, fuel types, authorization rules, credentials, sites, pumps, reporting groups, and related operational controls. The request also includes fuel management controllers, fuel dispensing equipment, software and reporting capabilities, data export and retrieval processes, and fuel-consumption and vehicle-use reporting.

Vendors are also expected to address costs associated with replacing fuel management controllers and related software, along with any recommended or optional equipment and features. Pricing should also cover software licensing, subscription, hosting, maintenance, and support charges. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 21, 2026, and questions must be submitted by August 25, 2026.
