Fresh Produce Services (Closed)

Must have been in business for a minimum of three years
Must maintain a valid license under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA)
Must have a written product recall program in place
Must have a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program in place
Must maintain commercial liability insurance of at least $1,000,000
Must maintain worker's compensation insurance as required by Wisconsin Statutes
Must provide workers who have passed a criminal background check
Must be able to deliver bulk and processed produce six days per week (Monday through Saturday)
Must comply with the University's 30-foot truck policy for campus deliveries
Must provide a certificate of insurance naming the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System as an additional insured
