DESCRIPTION


The government authority located in Washington, DC, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive food management company services. Required services include sourcing and serving a variety of food products, such as fluid milk, meat or meat alternates (including lean meat, poultry, fish, tofu, soy products, alternate proteins, cheese, large eggs, cooked dry beans or peas), various nut and seed butters, yogurt (plain or flavored, unsweetened or sweetened), as well as vegetables, fruits, and grains.

The contract will be awarded for a period of one year. The selected provider must be able to efficiently manage all aspects of the food service program, adhering to nutrition and quality standards as specified by the government authority.
