DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive food and beverage, concessions, catering, and premium hospitality services across multiple venues and event types. The operator will oversee all aspects of concession sales, catering, bar services, premium hospitality, coffee shop operations, and vending or grab-and-go services. This includes managing both permanent and portable stands, kiosks, and carts during various events, ensuring appropriate staffing and service levels to match each event's unique requirements.

The selected partner will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a modern, cloud-based point-of-sale system throughout all concession stands, bars, kiosks, carts, and catering operations, including the campus coffee shop. Mobile ordering capability must be provided for arena and amphitheater events when feasible. Full-service catering is required for corporate events, banquets, receptions, meetings, trade shows, graduation ceremonies, and for suite and club hospitality areas.

Additional requirements include financial management and reporting, development of a transition plan, clear delineation of utilities and facilities responsibilities, and effective operational practices for all venues. The contract period will be for five years.
