DESCRIPTION


This sources sought notice concerns software development for a fog tester instrument image analysis application. The requested effort includes development of a post-test image analysis sub-program for use with Soldier Center-developed fog tester instrument control and data acquisition software.

The software is expected to operate on Microsoft Windows 11 in a local host environment and interact with the existing Fog Tester software application. It should allow users to input test condition parameters, perform testing, analyze resulting data, and compute and output results according to designated pass/fail criteria.

The scope also includes assessing the software against the current DISA Application Security and Development (ASD) STIG and delivering a completed STIG checklist. In addition, the contractor is expected to perform software composition analysis on all third-party libraries, frameworks, and code dependencies to identify known vulnerabilities and outdated components in support of RMF Control SI-2.
