The Western Area Power Administration, Corporate Service Office, is planning to acquire a sole-source annual maintenance renewal for the Focus Visual software, previously known as the Quality Training Systems (QTS) Quality Training Database™ (QTD). This renewal will cover the period from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027.

Procurement for this software renewal will be conducted in alignment with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The requirement is not open for competitive proposals or quotes, though interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet the government’s needs. All submissions will be reviewed and considered at the discretion of the agency.
