DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive flood protection strategic and advisory services. Responsibilities include delivering strategic, technical, and programmatic support to manage, coordinate, and review the work of consultants tasked with completing the Flood Asset Management Plan.

The selected provider will assist with the evaluation and development of a potential Low Impact Development (LID) Program strategy and offer subject matter expertise as needed to support the agency’s flood protection mission and objectives. Additional services include providing technical and strategic advisory support for flood risk management, supporting development and execution of flood protection plans and capital improvement programs, and assisting with project scoping, prioritization, budgeting, and delivery strategies. The vendor will also offer project management support for flood-related projects and provide expertise on federal and state flood policy and regulatory requirements.
