The Milwaukee VA Medical Center is seeking qualified sources to provide fabrication, repair, and supply of fixed dental prosthetics. This opportunity encompasses a range of dental products and services for patients requiring extensive prosthodontic care. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all necessary materials, labor, supervision, and equipment to meet the facility’s ongoing needs for custom fixed dental prostheses.

Services required may include the creation and repair of gold crowns and bridges, ceramic crowns and bridges, cast post and cores, porcelain fused to metal crowns and bridges, temporary crowns, diagnostic wax–ups, implant abutments, Maryland bridges abutment wings, precision attachments, porcelain repairs, acrylic trays, and bleaching trays. Custom shade matching and fabrication are essential components.

Contractors must have ARTEX and SAM articulator systems calibrated to those in use at the Milwaukee VAMC Dental Clinic, ensuring consistency and eliminating the need to ship articulators for compatibility purposes. This acquisition aims to guarantee the availability and reliability of fixed dental prosthetic services for the patient population at the facility.
