Services will include ongoing database maintenance, support for existing functionality, software updates, security-related maintenance, debugging, future dataset uploads, and periodic data quality assurance and quality control. The vendor will also manage post-spawning data and develop additional software features to incorporate future demographic and genetic analysis datasets.

The engagement will include development of data analysis, performance evaluation, reporting, and data-sharing tools for downloaded datasets. The vendor will also provide training and operational support to ensure primary agency users can navigate the database, upload and download datasets, use the spawning matrix tool, and apply the available analysis and reporting tools.
