(1) Vendor needs to provide first alert enterprise licenses system. – Twenty–Five (25) Dataminr first alert individual use licenses; deliverable to users via multiple mechanisms including the Dataminr dashboard, the Dataminr mobile app, email, and popup notifications. – Push Real–time alerts on breaking news and events for all first alert news topics, news categories, regions and priority level. – Alert delivery via web–browser user interface (US), web UI pop–up windows and email notification and mobile applications that are compatible with IOS and android operating systems. – First alert enterprise licenses powered by Dataminr. (2) The contract period will be for three years.
