Fireworks Display Service (Closed)

The county is soliciting a qualified vendor to provide a July 4 fireworks display starting in 2027 and in subsequent years. The scope includes full delivery, setup, discharge, weather protection, and cleanup responsibilities for a minimum twenty-minute show.

The county is seeking a vendor to provide fireworks display services for its July 4 celebration beginning in 2027 and continuing in subsequent years. The selected contractor will perform the discharge of fireworks for the county fireworks show, with the display scheduled to begin at approximately 9:20 p.m. on July 4, 2027, and on July 4 of each following year. The fireworks program must run for a minimum of twenty minutes.

The contractor will be responsible for the delivery, unloading, setup, and discharge of all fireworks, as well as all associated costs, including transportation, crew food and lodging, and post-event site cleanup. Fireworks must be placed and discharged in an area designated by the county. The vendor must also provide sufficient tarps and coverings to protect fireworks in the event of inclement weather and must carefully examine and become familiar with the display site to ensure safe unloading, setup, discharge, and cleanup.

Questions related to the solicitation must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
