DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive financial statement audit services to a government authority in Kansas City, Missouri. The engagement includes conducting an annual financial statement audit and, when required, performing a Single Audit in compliance with uniform guidance.
Services also encompass reviewing internal controls over financial reporting and compliance, testing federal programs and grant compliance, and delivering all required communications to governance. The auditor will prepare a management letter with recommendations, present audit results to the Board of Education, and offer consultation regarding audit findings and corrective actions.
