(1) Vendor needs to provide financial planning and analytical tool.– Robust, flexible, and user–friendly cloud–based Service as a Software (SaaS) Solution to enhance planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), finance, and other business functions. – The Solution cloud–first IT architecture strategy and support detailed data integration and analysis and supply chain level. – The Solution shall allow for a configurable user interface/ desktop or workspace with the ability to import logos, colours, banners, agent scripts, workflows and special notices that can be managed by the administrator (FP&A). – The Solution shall have a robust audit trail for all Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD) actions as well as access account management. – The Solution shall purge various data sets based on data retention policies and ensure there is no orphaned records. – The Solution shall support single sign–on (SSO) integration with existing identity infrastructure, enabling seamless authentication through Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). – The Solution shall contain robust security measures that meet or exceed the security, and operations requirements. – The Solution shall include robust security measures, such as file integrity and data loss prevention, the capability to log all security events, provide immediate notifications and resolutions, and generate reports – The Solution shall support integration with a wide range of data sources, including a cloud–based, on–premises, and hybrid environments. – This includes databases, data lakes, third–party applications, and other enterprise systems. – The Solution shall provide robust Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) () capabilities to facilitate seamless data integration and transformation processes. – Cloud environment using Microsoft Azure and the following various cloud–based applications: – OneStream – enterprise–level CPM platform. – Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) – main Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. – Azure SQL – main data warehouse. – Power BI – BI platform. – Ceridian Dayforce – Human Resources (HR) system. – SharePoint – cloud file storage and document management. – Shopify – eCommerce platform.
