It starts before the RFP lands — surfacing pre-RFP signals, posted opportunities, and buyer movement, ranking the contracts you are most likely to win, then drafting submissions from your approved knowledge and proven wins and checking them for readiness before they go out.
A vendor is sought to develop a series of short, animated videos aimed at enhancing financial literacy among target communities in Uganda. These videos, each three to five minutes in length, should cover essential financial topics such as saving, responsible borrowing, budgeting, and business record keeping. The content must be produced in key local languages identified for the primary audience, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
In addition to video production, the vendor will design and implement a digital monitoring and evaluation framework. This will involve creating pre- and post-engagement assessment tools—using platforms like KOBO or similar—to measure changes in financial knowledge, attitudes, and practices among viewers. The selected vendor will also review existing financial literacy materials to identify priority focus areas, analyze the collected data, and provide a concise report summarizing key insights, behavior changes, and recommendations for scaling up the initiative. Final deliverables should include all editable animation files, scripts, and an evaluation report.
