DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive support services for financial IT systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and business process improvements. The scope includes managing the transition to a government-wide website travel system as well as enhancements and integration of the Oracle Federal Financial System (FMS).

Additional responsibilities involve improvements to the Foreign Service National (FSN) payroll system, modernization of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes, and implementation of an Integrated Facilities Management System (IFMS). The selected vendor will be expected to support end-to-end modernization and optimization initiatives in these critical business and IT areas.
