The Howard County Housing Commission is soliciting proposals from certified public accountant firms to perform financial auditing and compilation services. KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a corporation or company validly existing and permitted to do business in Maryland
Must be in good standing with the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation
Must possess all necessary licensing under Maryland law to provide the services
Must clear the federal debarment list under the U.S. System for Award Management
Must have a proven record of providing the required services
Must maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance with combined single limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence
