DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide financial advisory and consulting services for a period of three years. The selected financial advisor will support all City debt issuances and provide ongoing strategic guidance related to municipal finance.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and advising the City on potential debt refundings, assisting in organizing financing teams for transactions, and supporting the selection process of a Bond Attorney. The advisor will also develop and distribute a calendar of finance activities for team participants, assist in updating City information within the Official Statement, and prepare materials and presentations for ratings meetings.
Additional duties involve performing bond resizing for competitive bid sales as required, and developing financial and debt models to help determine bond issuance capacity as well as analyze the tax rate impact of new debt and other related variables.
