Finance and Human Capital Management ERP System Implementation

The contracting entity is seeking a vendor for the implementation of a finance and human capital management ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The selected System Implementer (SI) will deliver comprehensive implementation services, including project planning, system design, configuration, data conversion, user acceptance testing, end-user training, change management, and reporting.

The project scope encompasses both financial and human capital management functions. Key financial components include General Ledger, Procurement Management, Accounts Payable, and Fixed, Leased, and Capital Assets. Human Capital Management (HCM) modules will include Employee Data, Position Management, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Onboarding & Offboarding, Student Employment, and Payroll. Services are to be completed on a fixed-fee and fixed-scope basis, and the contract is anticipated to run for a four-year term.

Vendors must possess relevant experience in ERP implementations, certified implementation partner status, and demonstrated expertise in supporting organizations with cloud ERP transitions. Proposals must address alignment of solutions with the functions listed.
