DESCRIPTION


The contracting agency seeks a qualified firm to provide filming and video production services for a one-year contract period. Services may include creative development, scripting, interview preparation, storyboarding, production planning, location scouting, filming, drone videography, editing, motion graphics, animation, color correction, sound design, captioning, and delivery of final media assets for digital, broadcast, presentation, and social media platforms.

The selected firm may also produce video content supporting Economic Development Agency initiatives, including business attraction and retention campaigns, retail and commercial development, international trade and investment, destination marketing, major announcements, community engagement, promotional campaigns, and other assigned marketing and communications projects. The firm must be capable of supporting both scheduled and time-sensitive assignments, including occasional evening and weekend productions.

The contractor is expected to use professional-grade equipment capable of capturing broadcast-quality video at a minimum resolution of 4K UHD unless otherwise approved. Professional audio, lighting, stabilization, camera support, and industry-standard post-production software and workflows must be used as appropriate. Questions must be submitted by August 5, 2026.
