A government authority in Mississippi is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive merchandising services for an upcoming arts festival. The selected merchandiser will be responsible for producing, selling, distributing, and promoting a range of festival merchandise, both onsite during the event and through online platforms.

Key responsibilities include the procurement, production, and storage of items such as t-shirts (including artwork t-shirts, generic festival t-shirts, and staff-specific shirts), hats, posters, and any additional merchandise as approved. All new designs created by the merchandiser must be submitted to the festival organizers, who retain first right of refusal for inclusion in the official merchandise lineup.

The merchandiser is also expected to facilitate online sales beginning at least forty-five days prior to the festival and continuing until inventory is depleted. Promotion of festival merchandise will be carried out via social media and the merchandiser’s existing mailing lists, aiming to maximize reach and sales inside and outside the festival grounds.
