DESCRIPTION


The contracting organization seeks a qualified consultant to provide strategic planning services supporting the completion of a ferry financial sustainability plan. The plan will establish a roadmap for achieving long-term financial sustainability, including projections of revenue beyond the fourteen-year ferry program.
