FAUXDIO Software Licenses

The Internal Revenue Service is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of providing two perpetual Oxford Wave Research FAUXDIO software licenses. This sources sought notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quotation, invitation for bid, or commitment to award a contract.

Interested companies should provide contractor information, including company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email address, CAGE code, Unique Entity ID, and NAICS code. Respondents should also identify their business size and socioeconomic status, indicate whether the requirement can be fulfilled through a General Services Administration schedule contract vehicle or the open market, and provide a brief description of relevant capabilities, resources, technical competencies, and organizational experience.

Responses must be submitted in writing by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 5, 2026. Submissions may not exceed five single-sided pages, excluding the cover page, table of contents, and cover letter. Respondents should not include proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information.
