DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Arlington, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide Family Partnership Meeting facilitation services. The facilitator must also ensure that meeting activities respect each child and family’s cultural, ethnic, and racial identity, religious or spiritual beliefs, gender, physical abilities, cognitive functioning, education, sexual orientation, and communication needs.

In addition, the facilitator must meet with the County case worker before each meeting to identify any emotional or safety concerns that could affect the meeting. The facilitator will also coordinate with the County staff member responsible for transcribing the family’s post-meeting plan to help ensure the plan is completed by the end of the meeting and available for the family to review.
