The University of Arkansas is seeking a turnkey, purpose-built, and highly functional Faculty Information System (FIS) platform to support faculty profiles, activity reporting, annual and third-year reviews, promotion and tenure processes, workload and effort tracking, and faculty lifecycle management. The solution must be a modern, cloud-based, multi-tenant platform that integrates with existing enterprise applications like Workday. The initial contract term is three years, with an option to renew for four additional years for a total of seven years. The system must support approximately 1,500 faculty members and 150 administrators, with an expected go-live date for core modules by August 1st, 2027.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a purpose-built, cloud-based, multi-tenant FIS platform
Must support approximately 1,500 faculty members and 150 administrators
Must provide SOC 2-type controls and documented uptime SLAs
Must support integration with Workday for faculty employment and lifecycle data
