(1) Vendor needs to provide faculty activity and reporting system.– Develop, implement, and facilitate the deployment of a new, comprehensive, web–based Faculty Activity Reporting System (FARS) that replaces our current F180 system.• Key Objectives for the New System:– Streamline Faculty Reporting: Significantly reduce the time and effort required for faculty to submit reports and for administrators/chairs to review and approve them by automating workflows– Improve Data Quality: Centralize faculty activity data to ensure institutional consistency and accuracy, enabling reliable and standardized reporting– Enhance User Experience (UX): Deliver an intuitive, user–friendly, and accessible interface to maximize user satisfaction and adoption • Phase:– Discovery, Architecture, and Planning– Application Development– Deployment Readiness and Knowledge Transfer– Provide on–going support as required until October of 2026(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2025.
