DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will be responsible for preparing a facilities master plan for a government authority in Conroe, Texas. The scope of work includes a thorough review of existing plans and conducting a comprehensive inventory and assessment of all in-scope, agency-owned facilities, detailing attributes such as building name, location, use, square footage, occupancy, and age, subject to data availability.

Additional duties involve evaluating the current and projected space needs and utilization of these facilities to determine how well they meet department operations, security, service delivery, storage, circulation, and future staffing requirements. The firm must coordinate extensively with agency leadership, department heads, elected officials, and other stakeholders through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
