External Audit Services (Due July 31, 2026)

External audit services are sought for a three-year term covering fiscal years 2026–2028 for a government authority in Washington, DC.

Must be a qualified firm of certified public accountants
Must have experience performing Single Audits in accordance with Uniform Guidance and Government Auditing Standards
Must have experience performing audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
Must have experience auditing airports, transportation authorities, or other governmental entities of similar complexity
Must be able to provide a detailed audit plan and schedule by November 15th of each year under audit
Must maintain adequate liability, employer's liability, and workers' compensation insurance
Must enroll as a contractor in the E-Verify system
Must comply with the Airports Authority's Sensitive Data Protection Requirements
Must be certified as an SLBE, DBE, or ACDBE no later than the solicitation due date if proposed for such participation
Must submit a signed Subcontractor Utilization Plan if proposing to use any subcontractor
