Must be 100% self-sufficient for food preparation, cold storage, power, water, and waste management
Must be able to provide three meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)
Must be able to switch between buffet and grab-and-go bento styles with 24 hours' notice
Must provide Halal-certified hot main selections
Must provide vegetarian options at every meal
Must meet US military feeding standards and nutritional targets (3,000 calories/day)
Must provide 0.5 Liters of potable water per person per meal
Must adhere to Cambodia electrical standards and grounding requirements
Must use US Army VETCORPS-approved water sources
Must be able to perform deep sanitization of dining areas three times daily
