Must be registered with the Louisville Metro Revenue Commission
Must be HRC prequalified or contact the HRC for approval

The vendor will provide exhibit theming and graphics services for zoo exhibits and spaces, including design, fabrication, and project management for interpretive graphics packages. Services will also include exhibit theming, exhibit propping and artifacts, and the fabrication of unique themed artifacts and other exhibit components.

The scope includes the design and production of themed exhibit signage, digital and electronic graphics, wayfinding and directional signage, and the maintenance, repair, renovation, and replacement of themed exhibit graphics and signage. Additional graphics capabilities may include copywriting, photography, illustration, subject research, and related services needed to develop exhibit graphics.

The selected vendor must have graphic design, fabrication, and installation capabilities. All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026, and proposals are due by August 19, 2026.
