DESCRIPTION

The agency seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive exhibit design, fabrication, and installation services for scientifically rigorous, operationally sustainable exhibits designed to encourage social discovery. The work will include research, design, writing, fabrication, preparation, and installation, with coordination between the vendor and the agency’s observatory and exhibits team.

Installation responsibilities will include preparing the gallery space, coordinating with the designated lighting contractor, shipping and receiving exhibit elements, and installing and testing all exhibit components. Work may include relocating electrical outlets, preparing or constructing walls, replacing flooring, and installing displays, lighting, audiovisual systems, panels, graphics, and related structures.
