The organization seeks a vendor to furnish, operate, and maintain a comprehensive Event Ticketing, CRM, and POS system. The solution must include functionality to create and integrate events, facilitate the sale of single, multi-day, and season tickets, track sales by event and purchaser, offer multiple price levels and unlimited price points, and support automated settlement of funds to designated accounts.
A cloud-based access control system is required, compatible with in-house wireless networks and scanning devices. The system should also include a secure Point-Of-Sale (POS) module for online and in-person transactions, optimized for mobile retail and concessions sales, with hardware support for a minimum of 5 standard credit card terminals, 4 Boca ticket printers, ticket stock, and receipt stock.
CRM capabilities must include capturing customer data and tracking sales by event and customer. The platform should enable direct email marketing services, including the distribution of special offers, event announcements, post-event surveys, and more to the ticket purchaser database. An email marketing platform with templates, surveys, sign-up forms, and statistical reporting is also required, as well as a registration module.
