(1) Vendor needs to provide event related services on an as needed basis. – The contractor may be required to provide the agency with regular updates on planning progress and event setup. – The contractor is required to provide adequately trained personnel to manage event services. – The contractor is required to ensure there are enough personnel to cover all aspects of the event, from equipment setup to supervision and cleanup. – The contractor is required to setup, install, and maintain bounce houses and other inflatables such as obstacle courses, ensuring they are properly inflated, secure, and monitored for safety during the event. – The contractor is required to install and ensure the photo booths are functioning properly, including props, cameras, and printers. – The contractor is required to assemble all stages, sound systems, and lighting according to event specifications.
