Arizona is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive event-related services on an as-needed basis. Contractors will work closely with state agencies to manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including regular progress updates and coordination of event setup.

The scope of services includes supplying adequately trained personnel for equipment setup, supervision, and cleanup. Vendors will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and safe operation of inflatables such as bounce houses and obstacle courses, as well as ensuring the functionality of photo booths, including props and printing equipment. Setup responsibilities also extend to assembling stages, sound systems, microphones, and lighting according to specific event requirements.

Additional requirements include providing staff to supervise attractions, coordinate ticket or token booths, and manage crowds. The vendor should be capable of delivering a wide range of entertainment and activities such as balloon artists, face painters, inflatables, movie screenings, photo booths, stilt walkers, video gaming tables, ziplines, prize wheels, red carpet setups, helium services, jugglers, caricaturists, animal shows, clowns, and more.
