Vendor needs to provide event production services.– Provide comprehensive event production services, including to talent acquisition, stage rental, sound and lighting production, and related logistics for the city’s 2026 events season.– The awarded vendor will serve as the primary point of contact for booking and managing all entertainment talent, coordinating staging and production services, and ensuring professional execution of designated city events.– A full–service production partner experienced in community events who can deliver all aspects of event production, including to, pre–production planning, financial management, technical production, artist coordination, and post–event management for all events listed in the 2026 event schedule.– Provide qualified technicians to run sound, lighting, and stage management. Ensure adherence to all applicable safety standards. Develop and present an overall event production plan and timeline. Coordinate site breakdown to include staging, lighting, electrical, audio and all additional production equipment and supplies.
