The city of Georgia is seeking an experienced and full-service event production partner to oversee all aspects of event production for the 2026 season. The selected vendor will be responsible for comprehensive services including talent acquisition, stage rental, sound and lighting production, and management of related logistics for a series of designated city events.

The awarded vendor will act as the primary point of contact for booking and managing entertainment talent, coordinating staging and production services, and ensuring seamless event execution. Key responsibilities encompass pre-production planning, financial management, technical production, artist coordination, and post-event management in alignment with the city’s 2026 event schedule.

Qualified technicians provided by the vendor will run sound, lighting, and manage staging, ensuring all activities adhere to applicable safety standards. The vendor will also be required to develop and present a comprehensive event production plan and timeline, as well as coordinate the dismantling and removal of all staging, lighting, electrical, audio, and additional production equipment and supplies following each event.
