A large-scale outdoor concert and associated VIP functions in Washington, DC require comprehensive event production services. The event includes standard services necessary to ensure a compliant, secure, and fully operational experience, as well as additional, scalable options should the project expand into a broader, flagship celebration.

Services to be provided include stage production with professional audio-visual and lighting systems, climate control to maintain guest comfort, background music, video content, facilitation of speeches and formal program elements, and support for drinks service and passed appetizers. Décor, donor signage, and guest experience enhancements for an indoor VIP reception accommodating up to 1,150 guests at the Auto World Museum are also included.

Key logistical and operational responsibilities include invitation management, guest registration, baseline event branding and visual identity, guest services, information booths, wayfinding, and the coordination of security, access control, and crowd management. Medical services, traffic flow planning, VIP drop-off zones, required event insurance, sanitation, waste management, and site restoration are also in scope.
