(1) Vendor needs to provide event production services • Standard Event Services, which constitute the minimum required services to deliver a compliant, secure, and fully operational large–scale outdoor concert and associated VIP functions; and• Additional Event Services, which represent optional, scalable enhancements that may be exercised by the Mission to expand the event into a full flagship, multi–experience celebration.– Indoor VIP Reception – Auto world Museum (up to 1,150 guests)• Stage production with professional audio–visual and lighting systems• AV to keep the event location at a comfortable temperature (between 23 and 26 Celsius)• Background music and video content• Speeches and formal program elements• Drinks service and passed appetizers• Event décor and donor signage– General Event Services• Invitation management and guest registration support• Baseline event branding and visual identity• Guest services, information booths, and wayfinding• Security, access control, and crowd management• Medical services coordination and on–site coverage• Traffic flow planning, signage, and designated VIP drop–off zone• Insurance coverage, including event cancellation and weather risk• Sanitation services, waste management, and full post–event site restoration(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.
