(1) Vendor needs to provide event metrics tracking solution.– Provide a software solution for event tracking metrics services.– The agency’s preference is for a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that supports integration with the agency’s Azure Active Directory Identity Single Sign On (SSO) technology already in place• Scope– Implement mechanisms to track the number of visitors attending each event, including unique and repeat visitors, to provide insights into attendance trends and audience engagement levels.– Provide in–depth analysis of event metrics by time, including breakdowns by hour, day, month, year, and other relevant time intervals– Track and analyze the geographical origin of event attendees to identify primary and secondary sources of visitor traffic– Collect demographic data on event attendees, including but not limited to age, race, gender, income level, education, and other relevant data– Implement robust data security measures to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of event–related data– Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards presenting key event metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025
