DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide mesh banner services for events at One Fire Field. The scope includes wrapping the main entrance scaffolding and highway signage scaffolding with mesh banners.

Specifications require 50'x30' highway signage banners, with two pieces—one for the front and one for the back—featuring 30% advertising mesh, single-sided. These banners measure 60x36 inches and require 2-inch rolled webbing and #2 grommets on all sides. Additionally, end caps for the scaffolding must also be fabricated using 30% ad mesh, single-sided, in sizes of 360 inches by 120 inches, including similar webbing and grommet details.

Qualified vendors should be skilled in the fabrication, installation, and finishing of large-format mesh banners suitable for outdoor event scaffolding applications.
