DESCRIPTION
The Office of the State Fire Marshal is seeking an event management company to support registration and onsite operations for two conferences: the Fire Life Safety Educator Conference and the Safe Kids Conference. Services will include managing registrations, payments, attendee check-in, badge creation and printing, and attendance tracking.
The selected vendor will design, build, and deploy custom-branded event registration websites; provide integrated email campaign tools; support surveys, data collection, automated reporting, registration trend tracking, and periodic status reports; and maintain a secure, exportable attendee database with reporting dashboards. The system must be compatible with PC, iOS, and Android devices.
The solution must support registration fee collection by credit card, electronic check, or invoice; refund workflows; scheduled financial remittances; and financial summaries covering payments, refunds, and remittance schedules.
