(1) Vendor needs to provide event hub naming rights and sponsorship opportunity service. – Naming rights to parks, buildings, recreation facilities, and amenities on real property owned. – Designed for flexibility and high engagement, the event hub will feature a commercial kitchen, expansive open event space, seating for 200+ guests, eight roll–up garage doors that connect seamlessly to outdoor areas, a fire pit, and generous lawn seating. – Prominent display of the sponsor’s name on all print materials referencing the event hub. – Families, residents, and businesses have given gifts of their time and skills, resources and productions, and financial contributions. – Prominent display of the sponsor’s name on all social media and website postings related to the event hub and events held in the hub. – Prominent display of the sponsor’s name on the Exterior of the Building – Prominent display of the sponsor’s name on all wayfinding signage. – Exceptions for naming living persons may occur as described in sections pertaining to major gifts. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025.
