A new event hub facility in Michigan is offering an exclusive opportunity for naming rights and sponsorship. The selected vendor will receive prominent branding opportunities across various assets associated with the event hub, including parks, buildings, recreation facilities, and amenities located on the property.

The event hub is designed to foster flexibility and high engagement, featuring a commercial kitchen, expansive open event space, seating accommodations for over 200 guests, eight roll-up garage doors connecting to outdoor areas, a fire pit, and ample lawn seating. The sponsor’s name will be prominently displayed on the building’s exterior, wayfinding signage, all print materials, social media, and website postings related to the event hub and its hosted events.

Families, residents, and businesses have significantly contributed to the hub’s development through their time, skills, resources, and financial gifts. While naming rights are generally available, exceptions for naming after living individuals may be considered under specific conditions related to major gifts.
