DESCRIPTION
The vendor is required to provide comprehensive event decorating services, including the rental of furniture and equipment. The decoration scheme should feature red, white, and blue colors with metallic gold and silver accents, resulting in a 'Patriotic Chic' aesthetic—combining elegant, sophisticated patriotic design with modern touches. The event's theme centers on 'American Icons,' with decor highlighting iconic American cities and landmarks.
Key deliverables include centrepieces for both the VIP area and main entrance that incorporate city-themed elements. Each food station should have decorative features reflecting a unique city. Additional requirements consist of plastic counter signs for the ticket counter featuring 'Freedom 250' raised lettering, twelve display pedestals or platforms of various heights for showcasing city themes, and the provision of protective barriers or elegant roping as needed.
Vendors must also provide informational signage for each city display, as well as coordinate with overall signage needs, supply lighting for display areas, and produce eight elegant space identification signs for locations such as the VIP Lounge, Entertainment Area, multiple Food Stations, Photo Booth, Eating Areas, and Display Areas.
