DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Madison, Wisconsin seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive evaluation services for the CREATE energy center, a National Science Foundation-funded advanced technological education center. The scope includes development of a detailed evaluation plan, formulation of assessment questions and metrics, and ongoing project evaluation tasks.
The vendor will also be responsible for designing and maintaining a website, building an email listserv, producing a newsletter, and coordinating a webinar series to support a national community of practice.
