(1) Vendor needs to provide evaluation and support management system.– This system will be used to collect and evaluate data – including to state teacher evaluation and support system (TESS) and state principal evaluation and support system (PESS) and their results.– The system will need to determine teacher and principal performance and growth. – The system will need to use functionality that enables administrators to identify specific areas of focus on educator development using domain and dimension rubrics.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2025.
