The University of Michigan seeks to retain a variety of environmental consulting experts to assist the Environment, Health & Safety Department (EHS) on various projects as they arise. The scope includes the three University of Michigan campuses located in Ann Arbor. The initial contract term is 3 years, with an option to extend for an additional 1 year period for 2 years as mutually agreed upon.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
Digital content, software, webpages, ICT systems, and documents must meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Section 508 Standards
Must be able to provide draft reports vetted internally prior to submission
Must be able to provide final reports in electronic PDF and hard copy formats
Must be able to provide electronic copies of all source materials in original format
Must comply with the requirement that all entries to State and Federal reporting platforms must be reviewed and approved by the University prior to submission
