DESCRIPTION

The Port of Longview is soliciting qualifications from experienced firms to provide comprehensive environmental consulting, engineering, and review services. The primary assignment is the ongoing investigation, remediation, closure, and potential redevelopment of the International Paper Company cleanup site located on Port property. Services may also include environmental assessments, investigations, permitting, compliance, and redevelopment support for any Port-owned, leased, or managed property. The initial contract term is through December 31, 2027, with the option to renew for up to five additional one-year periods.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be registered and licensed by the state of Washington to perform the required work
Must have experience with MTCA cleanups
Must have experience with Ecology oversight
Must have experience with Remedial Action Grants
Must have experience with Potential Liable Party negotiations
Must have a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) for unescorted access to secured Port areas
Must maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate limits
Must maintain Automobile Liability insurance with $1,000,000 combined single limit
Must maintain Professional Liability insurance with $1,000,000 per claim and $2,000,000 aggregate limits
