(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise–wide performance management platform.– Platform that will elevate its financial information capabilities, providing more strategic and timely data to support institutional decision–making.– Provide a solution that enhances decision–making, transparency, collaboration, ease of configuration and scalability across the university.– Align the Platform with the University’s strategic priorities, including student success, financial sustainability, and institutional performance.– Provide functionality for multi–scenario, “what–if,” and driver–based forecasting– Provide functionality to allow for both university wide and divisional/department and unit level budgeting.– Support rolling forecasts, 24–month planning, and multi–year strategic projections.– Integrate financial and non–financial data (e.g., enrolment and operational metrics).– Include configurable workflows for approvals, revisions, and version control– Enable creation and management of budget hierarchies, forecast templates, and variance analyses– Automate the monthly and yearend financial close and consolidation process across multiple entities.– Support multi–GAAP, multi–currency, and intercompany elimination requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2025.
