(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise–wide employee recognition platform.– An enterprise–wide employee recognition platform that enables a culture of appreciation and supports institutional values.– Solution should enhance employee engagement, streamline recognition processes and align with the hospital’s branding and standards. – Key requirements include seamless integration with existing enterprise systems, mobile accessibility, AI–enhanced features and support for both monetary and non–monetary recognition.– Platform must also provide real–time reporting capabilities, robust data security and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
