DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking vendors to provide one or more integrated enterprise technology platforms that support core fire service operations, administration, and analytics. The platforms must be capable of serving a complex operational environment that includes urban neighborhoods, established residential communities, growing suburban developments, and areas with a wildland–urban interface.

The solution should encompass records management (RMS/ePCR/NERIS compatible), learning management (LMS), automated staffing and scheduling, personnel and performance management, asset and inventory tracking, prevention workflows, and robust data analytics. A high degree of usability is sought for both administrative and field users, along with high availability, resilience, security, and scalability to ensure long-term vendor stability.

Key requirements include strong integration via APIs or common data platforms, support for data exchange across systems, reduction of duplicate data entry and maintenance, and proven compatibility with existing public safety systems such as payroll and GIS. Vendors are required to provide detailed examples of public safety system integrations, sample API documentation (including authentication, data structures, and endpoints), and clear descriptions of data exchange mechanisms (real-time, batch, or event-driven), along with any applicable API rate limits or performance benchmarks.
