DESCRIPTION

The City of Danville is seeking an integrated Enterprise Technology Management (ETM) solution to provide a platform for IT Service Management (Service Desk), Technology Asset and Portfolio Management (ITAM), and Technology Intake and Project Governance. The solution must support the full technology lifecycle from initial request and evaluation through implementation, support, lifecycle management, and retirement. The selected vendor will provide implementation, configuration, data migration, integration, training, and ongoing support services.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must conform to Revised Section 508 Standards (29 U.S.C. § 794d)
Must meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria
Must provide a completed Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT/ACR)
Must provide a Vendor Accessibility Roadmap
Must be authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Must provide evidence of practical knowledge and financial resources to complete the work
Must provide a list of employees and sub-vendor employees working on the project with a statement regarding felony convictions
Must maintain required insurance coverage including Worker's Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence), Automobile Liability ($1,000,000), and Professional Liability ($1,000,000)
