The vendor will provide an enterprise support tasking solution, including system architecture, software recommendations, system design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation for a new system. The solution and associated server hardware must meet applicable security certification requirements.
Support will include operation and maintenance of a contract management information system (CMIS), covering the task order management lifecycle and the financial management lifecycle for the obligation and de-obligation of funds.
