Vendor needs to provide enterprise supply chain analysis planning and execution (ESCAPE) software as a service. This is intended to be a product contract with the bulk of the support providing the PTC Service Parts Management (SPM) SaaS. Solution is critical to the success of this contemplated acquisition, with the goal of providing AFSC/PZAAC and its customers superior and cost–effective support.
