The vendor will provide an enterprise risk management enhancement and implementation solution designed to advance a practical, scalable, and sustainable organization-wide approach to identifying, assessing, prioritizing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks.

The engagement will involve working with the city’s divisions and business units to develop risk information supporting divisional and corporate-level oversight.
